A bilingual physiotherapist with 25 years experience, Teresa Rassenti completed her studies (GRT) in Osteopathy in 2004 at the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques (C.E.O).
She specializes in (has experience with) orthopaedic and sports-related injuries, whether they be acute or chronic, 'recent' or 'old', with proven results.
Believing in the "total" person and the body's auto-regulating mechanisms, she uses a hands-on approach with a strong exercise component.
Teresa graduated in Physical Therapy at McGill University in 1981. In 2004 she completed her studies in Osteopathy at the Collège d'études ostéopathiques. (C.E.O.).Teresa worked most of her career in private practice treating orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. She recently moved her practice from the West Island, where she had been working for 21 years (Action Sport Physio and PhysioÉquilibre,). Prior to that she worked for five years at Physiotherapy International in Westmount.
Teresa sees osteopathy as a total body approach. She constantly promotes exercise as an important component of health. A neglected body leads to disease, discomfort, and malfunction.
